Individual stands give participating companies and organizations the opportunity to tailor their presence on the showfloor as appropriate to:

Space only

Raw space to construct and organize a customized Showcase using the standbuilder of your choice is available from a minimum of 9m2.

Turnkey solution

A complete Showcase solution is available on the showfloor ranging between a minimum of 9m2 and a maximum of 36m2. The package includes showfloor space, structure, furnishings, set up and dismantling. Space is divided according to your specific requirements and includes:

  • Single level stand arranged as one undivided space
  • Fascia with stand name, number and company logo
  • Reception counter, stool, round table, lockable cupboard and display case

National Pavilions

Available as raw space or a complete turnkey package, a National Pavilion on the showfloor at World 2013 is the ideal showcase platform before a global influential audience:

  • Demo area including up to 6 showcase pods for independent pavilion members

Ideal for hosting social functions, private meetings or product demonstrations on the showfloor, Hopsitality Suite Packages include the following benefits:

  • Raw space to construct and organize a customized, enclosed Hospitality Suite using the standbuilder of your choice is available from a minimum of 20m2.
  • A selection of complimentary access passes (quantity dependent upon total number of square metres)
  • Meeting facilitation service to provide a personal schedule of 5 one-on-one meetings at the Hospitality Suite or other suitable venue
  • Free company profile on the online participant profile page

Meeting Rooms

Enjoy the privacy of dedicated, enclosed space to hold high-level meetings, stimulate business discussions, present product demonstrations and even host exclusive small-scale social events. Fully-equipped meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for anything from a two-hour time slot to the full four days of the event. Two size option (20m2 and 40m2) can accommodate between 10 to 20 people dependent on your needs.
